Writing

Essays and reflections on business, identity, creativity, ambition, our body’s wisdom, and what it means to build a meaningful life without sacrificing yourself in the process.

A place for ideas and time.

I felt a calling for a long time.

Then I started writing. What came out were deep conversations about the intersection of business, creativity, identity, purpose and that beautiful je-ne-sais-quoi that makes us who we really are – beyond the masks of everyday life.

I am fascinated by exploring how we build. Who we are underneath the labels that the modern world tries to ascribe to us. What identities we grow into and eventually out of. And where that inner tension between intuition and reason, ambition and authenticity, structure and true wildness hides.

Here we learn to sit with the question long before rushing for the answer.

But there is one question that runs underneath it all:

What changes when I bring more of myself into my work?

Writing

The place where I think on the page.

Business as Poetry began by remembering who I was – through my writing.

Nowadays I write in Bulgarian and English. But regardless of the language, my essays always begin with a question I've been carrying: a conversation, a journey, a book, a contradiction, or something that made me pause and reflect.

I happily go down the rabbit hole of following the thought just to discover where it leads.

Sometimes that takes us into business. Sometimes into creativity, relationships, identity, leadership or the infinite wisdom of the body. Usually the boundaries between them prove much more fluid than we ever imagined.

The result is a growing collection of essays, letters and reflections for people who enjoy ideas as much as they enjoy honesty.

For those willing to question the obvious answers.

And for anyone interested in creating a life and body of work that feels their own.
