Business as Poetry began with a simple observation.
Some of the most capable women I knew felt they had to leave parts of themselves at the door when they went to work.
Their intuition.
Their creativity.
Their sensitivity.
Sometimes even their voice.
I stopped believing that was the price of success.
Business as Poetry is an invitation to create differently — not by becoming someone new, but by bringing more of yourself into what you're already building.

My work isn't built around a single method. It's built around conversation, curiosity, and the belief that clarity has its own timing.
I write.
I hold circles.
I work one to one.
Everything begins with the same question:
What becomes possible when you stop leaving parts of yourself outside the room?
